Northshore Consulting Limited is a Business Development and Project Management Consultancy Services Company, duly registered in the Republic of Ghana and providing a full complement of business services. Northshore Consulting Limited is experienced in project and development finance, as well as business strategy. It has led infrastructure projects and supported innovation and growth in multiple industries.

Experience

Amongst Northshore Consulting Limited’s notable successes include is a $31m land swap office building in Accra for a large government institution and which was completed in November 2025. Northshore further helped structure a $200m housing project and has also structured a GHS200m ($155m) privately placed bond to fund projects in Northern Ghana. Another notable success is being part of the team that concluded on a turnkey hospital project which delivered nine hospitals across Ghana. Northshore in a partnership with a large German Forfaiting Firm, set up a West African operation to offer forfaiting services. The company financed wheat imports, mining equipment, and supported some infrastructure projects.
Northshore together with a partner were pioneers in the implementation of the pre-payment metering system securing $14m funding to replace 260,000 meters in Accra West. The company grew to have a staff strength of 145 Ghanaian and 12 expatriate staff.
The TV and FM infrastructure of the state broadcaster was also an initiative which was started in 1999 and concluded in 2004 with a facility of €17.5M procured from Commerzbank of Germany in support of the project.
Northshore Consulting Limited together with our funding partners and two local financial institutions are currently negotiating the terms of a $200m facility in support of various projects.
